MentoringGoldberg Kohn's commitment to mentoring associates is rooted deeply in our firm culture. We believe strongly that one-on-one mentoring by our principals is critical to the overall professional development of our associates and embodies our values as a firm. A principal in each associate's practice group assumes the role of mentor early in the associate's career. The mentor is responsible for overseeing the general progress of the associate's practice and for imparting the important Goldberg Kohn values associated with professional and community responsibility. Mentors also offer guidance in all areas of client relationships and development. The formal assignment of principal mentors is intended to be a complement to, not a replacement for, the informal mentoring among all principals and associates in our everyday work environment. We pride ourselves on taking an individual interest in the long-term career development of each of our associates and on helping associates achieve the broad range of skills required to succeed at Goldberg Kohn. Goldberg Kohn's commitment to our associates' success is consistent with our philosophy that the associates are the future leaders of the firm. Click here to read about training for associates. |
