Principals Jonathan Cooper and David Dranoff Speak at the Commercial Finance Association's Advanced Legal Issues Workshop

Jonathan Cooper and David Dranoff, both principals in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, were instructors at the Commercial Finance Association's Advanced Legal Issues Workshop on January 13-15 Los Angeles, California.

The workshop was a three-day forum covering a variety of major legal concerns for asset-based lending professionals. Designed specifically for non-attorneys, the Workshop increased participants' working knowledge of the legal principles that affect their jobs. Combining interactive discussion with both real-life and hypothetical casework, the program covered Multi-lender Transactions, Subordination, Documentation, Fraudulent Conveyance, Bankruptcy, Lender Liability and many other issues. A "Hot Topics" section was included to cover pertinent cases and developments in commercial law and regulation.

Mr. Dranoff  leads the Commercial and Finance Group at the firm and both he and Mr. Cooper are members of the CFA and are frequent speakers on commercial finance issues.
