Principal Ronald Barliant Speaks at 2010 Central States Bankruptcy Workshop

Ronald Barliant, principal in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group, spoke at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 2010 Central States Bankruptcy Workshop on June 18, 2010 in Traverse City, Michigan. Mr. Barliant moderated a panel entitled "The Evolving Chapter 11: Current and Future Issues in Chapter 11 Cases."

Mr. Barliant is a former U.S. bankruptcy judge for the Northern District of Illinois and is Chair of the CBA's Bankruptcy & Reorganization Committee.
