Principal Randall Klein to speak at 23rd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference
The Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors presents the 23rd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference. Goldberg Kohn principal, Randall Klein, will participate in the following panel discussions: "Section 1113 and 1114 - How the Bankruptcy Code and Accounting Rules Can Change the Balance Sheet," This panel will discuss the strategies associated with bankruptcy code sections 1113 and 1114 as well as the effect the new accounting regulations related to the associated liabilities will have on the debtor’s balance sheet.
