Principal Randall Klein to Participate in Intercreditor Agreements and Bankruptcy Teleconference

Principal Randall Klein, Co-Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group, will participate in a 90-minute teleconference entitled, "Increditor Agreements and Bankruptcy: Negotiating Effective Agreements Between First and Second Lienholders in an Uncertain Enforcement Environment."

The teleconference, sponsored by the Legal Publishing Group of Strafford Publications, will discuss the current grey areas surrounding the enforceability of intercreditor agreements in bankruptcy proceedings and offer best practices for negotiating an enforceable agreement.
