Richard Kohn, a principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, co-authored an article in the October issue of The Secured Lender (the magazine of the Commercial Finance Association) discussing the bankruptcy case of On-Site Sourcing, Inc. which occurred in June of this year.

Also featured in the issue is a conversation between practicing commercial finance attorneys about the current state of the commercial finance market.  Richard Kohn is featured in the piece discussing various issues including the growing competition between lenders for loans as a sign that the market is starting to come back.  He also discusses the various changes that have taken place in regards to the spectrum of work that commercial finance attorneys have been taking on during the past year.

Richard Kohn practices extensively in the field of cross-border asset-based lending, and has written and lectured extensively on the subject.  He is also Co-General Counsel of the Commercial Finance Association and currently consults to the U.N. in the area of international secured transactions.
