The American Bar Association's Committee on Commercial Finance, ABA Section of Business Law recently published the "Report of the Model First Lien/Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement Task Force."

Principal Randy Klein, Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy Group and a Vice Chair of the ABA's Model Intercreditor Agreement Task Force was one of the contributing authors to the Report and the Model Form.
