Goldberg Kohn Represents Huron Capital Partners in the sale of Delta Educational Systems

Goldberg Kohn principal William Loesch provided legal counsel to Huron Capital Partners on the recent sale of Delta Educational Systems Inc.  Delta Educational, a Virginia based post secondary education company, was acquired by Gryphon Investors on May 12, 2006.  The deal was valued at more than $120 million, producing a strong return for Huron.
