Goldberg Kohn Appoints Denise B. Caplan Head of Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice Group April 10, 2006 Chicago - April 10, 2006 - The law firm of Goldberg Kohn recently announced the promotion of principal Denise B. Caplan to head of the firm's Corporate, Securities and Tax practice group. Ms. Caplan will succeed principal Dennis B. Black, who is stepping down after more than 25 years as head of the department and will continue full time in the practice of law at the firm. "It's healthy for the firm to have the next generation of principals in leadership positions, and Deni has earned the respect of everyone at Goldberg Kohn as well as that of her peers in other firms and clients and third parties," said principal Dennis Black.
