Goldberg Kohn Names Two New Principals

CHICAGO—The law firm of Goldberg Kohn Bell Black Rosenbloom & Moritz, Ltd. recently announced the promotion of Jami L. Brodey and Keith A. Sigale to Principal. 

Jami Brodey is a principal in the firm's Real Estate Group. She represents lenders in connection with transactions, including mezzanine and equity financing, to acquire commercial and industrial properties. She represents landlords in negotiating and drafting commercial leases and has experience with sale-leaseback transactions. She has also represented owners in acquiring apartment complexes. Ms. Brodey is admitted to practice in Illinois. She received her law degree in 1998, cum laude, from Northwestern University and her B.S. in economics, cum laude, in 1993 from the University of Pennsylvania.

Keith Sigale is a principal in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Tax Group.  He has represented a wide array of clients and is experienced in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate dispositions, securities issuances and filings, private equity investments, bond transactions, and corporate finance deals.  Mr. Sigale received his law degree in 1997, cum laude, from Harvard University and a B.S. in accountancy, summa cum laude, in 1994 from the University of Illinois.  He is admitted in practice in Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
