"We are excited to add Goldberg Kohn to our growing team of High 5 partners," said Karen G. Foley, president of Scholarship Chicago. "They have been a leader in helping to develop talent among our community's high-need youth through education."

Goldberg Kohn has been actively involved with the continued support of minority and economically disadvantaged students through its involvement in Scholarship Chicago for over 8 years. Principal David Morrison was president and is now vice-president and co-chair of the executive committee and a member of the board of directors of Scholarship Chicago.  "Goldberg Kohn's unwavering commitment to diversity and opening the doors of education and opportunity to all of Chicago's youth has been demonstrated through its long-running support of Scholarship Chicago in donations, in-kind contributions, summer internships and a steady supply of mentors," said Morrison.  "The opportunity to be one of the first High 5 Sponsors and increase our commitment even more over the next five years is meant not only to demonstrate our commitment to Scholarship Chicago, but to all of Chicago as well."
