Priya Bhatia is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. She has defended employers against claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She also has provided advice to clients on issues related to non-compete clauses and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Bhatia received her J.D. from the University of Chicago in 2006.
