Kimberly Bacher is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy Group. Ms. Bacher is admitted to practice in Illinois. While attending law school, she served as the Business Law Brief Senior Editor and was a recipient of the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court Scholarship. Ms. Bacher is a former law clerk for the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Bacher is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and serves as the Vice Co-Chair for the Young Lawyers Section Bankruptcy Committee. She is also a member of the Lawyer’s Club of Chicago and CARE, a program that helps train students to manage credit cards and debt. Education
