Danielle Juhle is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Group. Ms. Juhle has represented a broad range of clients, including secured and unsecured creditors as well as purchasers, in corporate bankruptcy cases and commercial workouts, including in the negotiation and documentation of debtor-in-possession financing orders, cash collateral orders and sale orders.
Ms. Juhle is admitted to practice in Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association. Ms. Juhle was chosen by the firm to be the Meritas Young Lawyer Liaison. She has been published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal (September 2010), co-authoring the article, “Majority Rules: Non-Cash Bids and the Reorganization Sale.”
Ms. Juhle received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University in 2007 where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, and her B.B.A, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan in 2002.
