Zachary Garrett is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy Group. Mr. Garrett primarily represents lenders in the protection and enforcement of creditors’ rights. He is involved in all aspects of commercial workouts and bankruptcies, including restructurings, reorganizations, sales and liquidations. Mr. Garrett is co-chair on the Communications Committee for the Turnaround Management Association's Chicago/Midwest Chapter.
Mr. Garrett is admitted to practice in Illinois. Mr. Garrett received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 2007 where he served as contributing editor of the Journal of Law Reform. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science and philosophy, from Hope College in 2005, where he was elected into Phi Beta Kappa.
