Megan Pirooz is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. Ms. Pirooz's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting asset-based and cash-flow loan transactions.
Ms. Pirooz is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Michigan. She is on the Associate Steering Committee for the Women's Coalition. She received her LLM degree in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law in 2014. She received her JD degree cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Pirooz served as the Managing Editor of Publication for the Michigan State University College of Law Journal of Business & Securities Law. She received her B.A. with distinction in political science from the University of Michigan in 2009.
