Jeanette K. Trudell

Jeanette Trudell is a senior attorney in the firm's Commercial Finance Group.  She represents financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating commercial finance transactions, including both single lender and syndicated asset-based and cash-flow loans, restructurings, working capital and acquisition financings, mezzanine financings and cross-border finance transactions.

Ms. Trudell is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York and is a member of the American Bar Association.  She received her law degree from University of Chicago Law School in 2003 and her A.B. in anthropology from the University of Michigan in 2000.
