Brooke Levy is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Tax Group. Her experience encompasses a wide range of corporate matters including analyzing, structuring and documenting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and restructurings. Ms. Levy also has experience structuring and providing general corporate counseling to a variety of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities. Ms. Levy regularly assists clients in drafting a wide array of business contracts, including licensing, employment/consulting and non-competition agreements. Ms. Levy provides counsel on various legal issues to numerous charter schools and educational entities. She has expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts with school management organizations as well as reviewing charter agreements and other similar documents. Ms. Levy is admitted to practice in Illinois. She attended the Northwestern University School of Law, where she received her law degree, cum laude, in 2004. She received her B.A., with highest honors, in Spanish and economics, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Education
