Daniel Aaronson is an associate in the firm's Real Estate and Climate Change & Resource Conservation Groups. Mr. Aaronson’s real estate practice includes the negotiation of office and retail leases, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, and the representation of commercial lenders and borrowers. As a member of the Climate Change & Resource Conservation Group, his experience has focused on development restrictions, conservation easements, and other tools for land preservation. Mr. Aaronson’s pro bono experience has included the representation of clients in intellectual property matters and the mediation of various types of court-referred disputes. Mr. Aaronson is admitted to practice in Illinois. He received his law degree, cum laude, in 2006 from Northwestern University, where he served as both Note and Comment Editor and a member of the Article Review Board for The Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in English literature and psychology from Tufts University in 2002.
