Jonathan Claydon is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. Mr. Claydon's practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of subjects including representing the owner of nuclear power plants in property tax disputes in several
Illinois counties. Additionally, he has worked on several employment related matters, including representing employers in a dispute over bonus payments under the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act and in an action seeking damages from a minority shareholder based on that shareholder's breach of the duty of loyalty.
Mr. Claydon received his J.D. in 2006, cum laude, from the
University of
Michigan and his B.A. in English and History in 2001 from
Boston
College. Mr. Claydon is admitted to practice in
Illinois, in the Northern District of Illinois, and the Western District of Michigan.
