Nicole Goodman is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. Ms. Goodman's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary documents and negotiating various agreements for a broad range of both U.S. and international asset-based and cash-flow commercial financing transactions.
She received her law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2014, where she served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association and the Diversity Coalition. While in law school, Ms. Goodman was a student leader for the Cuba International Team Project where she led student research on the laws of Cuba. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Goodman worked in marketing for two large telecommunication companies. She received her B.A., cum laude, in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida in 2009.
