Rachel Chiss is a senior attorney in the Commercial Finance Group. She represents lending institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions providing for acquisition, working capital, second lien, split lien and cross-border financing across a wide range of industries.
Ms. Chiss is admitted to practice in Illinois. She received her law degree from Northwestern University in 2000 and her B.A., with honors, in political science, from Washington University in 1996. At Northwestern, she was a Note & Comment editor for the Northwestern University Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology.
