A Principal in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group, Jon, represents both institutional lenders and borrowers in all facets of commercial finance transactions, including senior secured asset-based and cash-flow transactions, first lien, second lien, unitranche and mezzanine positions, as well as in workouts and restructurings.

Danielle is a Principal in the firm's Bankruptcy &amp; Creditors' Rights Group. She represents lenders in the protection and enforcement of creditors' rights in commercial workouts and bankruptcies, including restructurings, reorganizations, sales, liquidations, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors and debt for equity transactions.

Joe is a Principal in the firm's Litigation group. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Joe has experience in all phases of litigation. He represents clients in class action, product liability, false advertising, False Claims Act, fraud, civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, data breach, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and breach of contract disputes.

Dimitri Karcazes is Co-Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy &amp; Creditors’ Rights Group and Principal in the firm. He represents lenders in the protection and enforcement of creditors’ rights and is involved in all aspects of commercial workouts and bankruptcies, including restructurings, reorganizations, sales and liquidations, as well as out-of-court workouts and assignments for the benefit of creditors.

Adam is Chair of Goldberg Kohn's Real Estate Group and a Principal in the firm. He has extensive experience in real estate finance, with a particular focus on the structuring, origination, negotiation, and workout of commercial mortgage loans.

Sarah is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. She represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions primarily engaged in middle-market lending activities in a variety of asset based and cash flow debt finance transactions.
