Litigation Associate

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

Real Estate Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an attorney to assist with real estate transactions. Responsibilities include supporting commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing matters through document review and drafting, diligence review and assisting with all aspects of the closing process. Clear and effective drafting skills, strong oral communication abilities, excellent time management and organization skills and a capacity to learn new substantive legal topics as needed are required. 
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 2 -3 years of experience. Experience in real estate finance is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of  Illinois. Goldberg Kohn will consider flexible arrangements for this position. These include but are not limited to full-time, part-time, and hourly arrangements.
