Human Resources Generalist

Goldberg Kohn is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to perform various day-to-day HR activities, and undertake a wide range of human resources tasks including, but not limited to new hire orientation, employee benefits administration, leaves of absences, employment verification and recruiting support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of dedicated human resources generalist experience

  • General knowledge of HR administrative tasks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills, including data entry, data processing and troubleshooting

  • UKG UltiPro experience a plus

  • Professional services experience required

  • Law firm experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

While we are seeking to fill this role permanently, we will consider temporary help in the interim. All newly hired employees are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment before their designated start date, subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
