Goldberg Kohn’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Group Chair Dimitri Karcazes will serve as an instructor for the Secured Finance Network’s “2026 Summer Workouts & Bankruptcy,” a two-day continuing education course. His fellow instructor is Tim Derry, Division Executive – Upper Midwest Region at PNC Business Credit.
Course Description
SFNet’s Workouts and Bankruptcy course provides participants with a solid understanding of workout fundamentals and related bankruptcy procedures, helping them build the knowledge and preparedness needed to manage distressed borrowers effectively.
Participants will learn how to develop and implement workout strategies, navigate bankruptcy protocols, and understand the key rules and considerations involved in managing relationships with borrowers undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
This course is designed for account managers, portfolio managers, and credit managers with at least two years of experience, as well as professionals looking to expand their knowledge of managing client relationships that may be at risk of significant default.
