Goldberg Kohn litigator Harleen Kaur will present "Kickbacks in Medicare Advantage: The New Enforcement Frontier" at RISE National's "Shape the Future of Medicare Advantage" event.
During her session at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Harleen and her co-presenter will discuss the Department of Justice and Office of Inspector General's increasing scrutiny of kickback schemes in Medicare Advantage. They will examine major settlements and court rulings that are shaping compliance expectations, and review the role of insurance brokers and brokerage firms in alleged kickback schemes. Finally, they will identify proactive steps that plans and providers can take to avoid violations and enhance their compliance programs.
This important session is part of RISE National's three-day event in Orlando on March 23-25, 2026. The event is focused on risk adjustment, quality improvement, compliance, and enhancing member experience in Medicare Advantage.
