Randall L. Klein, principal and chair of the firm's Bankruptcy Group, was recently appointed to the 2011-2014 Editorial Advisory Board for The American Bankruptcy Law Journal.
The American Bankruptcy Law Journal, published by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, is a peer reviewed journal that publishes learned articles focusing on bankruptcy law and related subjects. It promotes the exchange of ideas about and deeper understanding of bankruptcy issues, particularly among its core audience of judges, bankruptcy professionals, academics, legislators and other policymakers.
Mr. Klein is a Fellow in The American College of Bankruptcy and is Vice Chair of the ABA's Model Intercreditor Agreement Task Force. He has been recognized by the Leading Lawyers Network, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Chambers USA and Who's Who Legal: Illinois as one of the leading insolvency and restructuring practitioners in the state. Mr. Klein is admitted to practice in Illinois and in Florida. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University in 1990 and his B.A. in finance in 1987 from the University of Illinois.
