Ross J. Friedman has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm's Corporate group. He represents clients in a variety of corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate agreements, incorporation and dissolution of businesses, and corporate finance deals.

Mr. Friedman is experienced in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, including purchase agreements, distribution agreements, executive compensation agreements, confidentiality agreements, noncompetition agreements, private label agreements, and other similar types of agreements. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including food, service, manufacturing, and financial.

He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2013, where he was an editor of the Indiana Law Journal and named to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Friedman served as a Legal Intern to the U.S. Attorneys Office for the Northern District of Georgia and the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He also was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals.

He received his B.A. in Music and Political Science with high honors from Emory University in 2010, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.
