Sean Apfelbaum has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group. He represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of asset-based and cash-flow loans, secured and unsecured lending transactions, and first and second lien facilities across a broad array of industries.
He received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2015, and earned his B.A. in Human Biology from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. While in law school, he was an intern and law clerk at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's Medical Prosecutions Unit.
Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Mr. Apfelbaum worked at two international law firms where he represented clients of all sizes in asset-based and cash-flow secured and unsecured lending transactions.
