On September 19, 2014 the U.S. District Court Central District of California entered a decision granting Abbott Laboratories summary judgment on claims of race and disability discrimination, retaliation based on opposition, harassment, and retaliation for taking medical leave in the case of Marshall v Abbott Laboratories. David Morrison, Kathryn Walter, and Meredith Kirshenbaum, attorneys in Goldberg Kohn's Labor & Employment and Litigation Groups, defended Abbott Laboratories in the case.
