David Morrison Wins Summary Judgment for Abbott Laboratories in Discrimination Case

On September 16, 2014, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, entered a decision granting Abbott Laboratories summary judgment on claims of race and age discrimination, harassment, retaliation and defamation in the case of Ho v Abbott Laboratories.
David Morrison defended Abbott Laboratories in the case.
