The article concerns a hearing in the dispute over firm client Reserve Management Group's bid to move metal shredding operations from Lincoln Park to the southeast side of Chicago. The city has already issued an air pollution control permit for the plant, and an application for the proposed recycling operation is under review.
Mr. Chizewer represents the new facility and RMG subsidiary Southside Recycling, and is quoted as saying the company had shown "sincere concern" for the environment and the community.
"We have to grapple with the facts here, and what this company has done to model and make both expensive and serious and sincere efforts to make sure that their operation will be within the standard of human health," he said.
