Terry Moritz, principal in the firm's Litigation Group, recently co-authored an article, with Brandon Fitch, published in The Loyola Consumer Law Review, entitled "The Future of Consumer Arbitration In Light of Stolt-Nielsen." 

The article addresses whether a recent California rule regarding arbitration class-action waivers is in conflict with the Federal Arbitration Act.  Mr. Moritz and Mr. Fitch address whether consumers and businesses will continue to have arbitration as a means to resolve individual disputes, under standard form consumer agreements.
