Terry Moritz, principal in the firm's Litigation Group, recently authored an article published on the Supreme Court of the United States blog entitled "AT&T Mobility and the end of consumer class action through Commerce Clause jurisprudence: Not so fast." 

The article addresses whether a recent California rule regarding arbitration class-action waivers is in conflict with the Federal Arbitration Act.  Mr. Moritz addresses whether consumers and businesses will continue to have arbitration as a means to resolve individual disputes, under standard form consumer agreements.
