Overview

Steven Wickman is an Associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. He primarily represents lenders in the protection and enforcement of creditors' rights in commercial workouts and bankruptcies, including restructurings, reorganizations, sales, liquidations, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and debt for equity transactions.

Steven joined Goldberg Kohn in September 2024. He previously was an Associate in the Bankruptcy Group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP where he, among other representations, assisted in drafting a plan of reorganization, a restructuring support agreement, term sheets and motions in furtherance of the restructuring of the second largest cinema chain in the world.

Steven is fluent in Arabic and Spanish
