Anne Marie Pisano is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Finance Group, with more than 20 years of experience representing banks and other commercial lenders in documenting, negotiating and closing asset-based and cash flow loans, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, workouts and restructurings, and working capital and acquisition financings. Anne Marie has documented and closed a wide range of credit facilities, including financing of privately held, sponsor-backed and public companies, with facility sizes ranging from $15 million to $400 million and involving borrowers across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. She also represents minority lenders in broadly syndicated, large market multibillion-dollar credit facilities.

In addition, Anne Marie has frequently handled transactions with split-lien, multi-lien and unitranche structures, and she regularly works on cross-border lending transactions involving such countries as Canada, Mexico, the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Among her accolades, Anne Marie is recognized as a "Best Lawyer" in the area of Commercial Finance Law in Best Lawyers in America (2024 Edition). In 2018, she was&nbsp;profiled in&nbsp;The Secured Lender's&nbsp;"Women in Commercial Finance" issue, which highlighted "inspiring women who exemplify excellence and have distinguished themselves within the secured finance industry," and in 2017, she was featured in the July issue of The Diversity &amp; Flexibility Alliance’s Spotlight on Flex.

Anne Marie is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association, the Secured Finance Network and the American Bar Association. In addition, she is a committee member for Project Magis, which is a networking group of legal and financial services professionals dedicated to helping others in the local community by supporting the Catholic Charities Appeal of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Anne Marie joined Goldberg Kohn in June 1998. Prior to pursuing her legal career, she worked as a coordinator of international relations in Nagai, Japan.
