Michael Chropowicz is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Group.  Mr. Chropowicz's practice focuses on representation of businesses and management in employment-related disputes.  Mr. Chropowicz has substantial experience in employment discrimination and harassment, state and federal wage and hour laws, non-competition, non-disclosure, severance and other employment-related agreements, whistleblower actions, and trade secrets claims.  Mr. Chropowicz has represented clients in such matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, and state and federal courts.  He also has experience in traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practices.

Mr. Chropowicz received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.  He earned a B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 2010.
