Bojan Lazic has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the Real Estate Group. He represents lenders in connection with the negotiation, documentation and closing of various real estate financing transactions. He handles mortgage and mezzanine financing, construction financing and mortgage origination for commercial mortgage-backed securitization programs. He has considerable experience with the financing of assisted living facilities, independent living facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
Mr. Lazic earned his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2010, and his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan in 2007.
