Daniel Toren has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. Daniel represents financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and performing due diligence for asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions.
He received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2015, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Hope College in 2010.
