Goldberg Kohn has elevated Alexandria Filush to Principal effective January 1, 2022.
As a member of the firm's Commercial Finance Group, Ms. Filush represents both bank and non-bank financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting various commercial finance transactions including securing cash-flow and asset-based loan transactions, acquisition and working capital financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, loan workouts and restructurings, among other complex transactions.
Ms. Filush earned her J.D. in 2014 from University of Chicago Law School following completion of her B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan in 2008.
