Goldberg Kohn attorneys Gary Ruben, Jami Brodey and Steve Legatzke represented Mesirow Realty Sale-Leaseback, Inc. as part of the largest sale-leaseback ever completed in suburban New Jersey.
Mesirow Realty Sale-Leaseback, Inc. bought the 1.4 million square foot Basking Ridge, New Jersey, facility for $650.3 million. Mesirow Realty Sale-Leaseback, Inc., is a division of Mesirow Financial, a financial services firm headquartered in Chicago.
As part of the new transaction, Verizon will lease back the entire facility from Mesirow for a 20-year term.
