Corporate Group Principal Ross Friedman represented private equity firm Traverse Pointe Partners’ portfolio company Integrated Health Systems in its acquisition of ProviNET Solutions. Ross was assisted in the transaction by Associate Lauren Penland. Financial terms were not disclosed.
