Goldberg Kohn represented Small Miracles, a private equity-backed early-learning center company, in its acquisition of Gingerbread Schools, Inc. and related real estate. The Goldberg Kohn team included Ross Friedman, Jami Brodey, Kirsten Yerger and Lauren Penland.

Small Miracles is a leading early-learning center company that owns and operates a chain of centers in Arizona, including 10 in Tucson and seven in Phoenix. It serves children from six weeks through 12 years of age. Gingerbread Schools is a childcare and early education provider with three locations in the Tampa-St. Petersburg market. The acquisition expands Small Miracles’ footprint beyond Arizona and marks its entry into the Florida market, fueling the company’s continued growth strategy heading into 2026 and beyond.
