Goldberg Kohn is thrilled to announce that Yale Eisen has joined the firm as Of Counsel in our Corporate Group. He advises private equity firms, family offices, privately held companies, and startups on transactional and general corporate matters, drawing on more than three decades as both a practicing lawyer and a business executive.
Yale's transactional work encompasses mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. He also provides day-to-day general counsel services, including drafting and negotiating the full spectrum of commercial arrangements.
Yale brings a unique perspective as an attorney. He has not only counseled businesses – he has built, operated, and sold one. During his 15-year tenure at Ideal Box Co., a packaging and design company, the company generated over $100 million in top-line revenue and quadrupled in enterprise value. He served in various capacities including as owner, board member and chief operating officer.
Yale earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
