Jennifer Chiang has joined Goldberg Kohn as an associate in the firm's Corporate Group. She provides clients general corporate advice and counseling and is regularly engaged in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate agreements.
She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2019, where she was a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and named to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Michigan in 2013.
Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Ms. Chiang practiced in the Chicago office of an international law firm.
