Jennifer Chiang

Overview

Jennifer Chiang is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Group. She advises clients in a variety of industries on corporate governance and other general corporate matters at all stages, from incorporation to exit or dissolution. Jennifer's practice also includes representation of private equity sponsors and companies in mergers and acquisitions and structuring and negotiation of equity investments for lenders and various other investors.

Jennifer joined Goldberg Kohn in April 2022 and is a member of the firm's Associate Task Force, Associate Business Development Committee and Innovation Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practiced in the Chicago office of an international law firm.

Represented a family office in its acquisition of a national out-of-home media advertising company.
Represented a private equity backed company focused on traditional and online culinary education services in its acquisition of an executive hospitality/restaurant recruiting franchise.
Represented a private equity backed company focused on traditional and online culinary education services in its acquisition of a medical marijuana education business.
Represented a private investment firm in its acquisition of a financial technology solutions company.
Represented a private equity backed company focused on acquiring and growing enterprise software businesses in connection with various strategic add-on acquisitions.
