Kevan W. Ventura has joined Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. He assists clients with real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions.
Mr. Ventura's primary focus is representing financial institutions in connection with negotiating, documenting and syndicating complex real estate loans. He has extensive lender-side experience with respect to construction loans and bridge loans secured by a variety of collateral, with deal sizes typically ranging from $5 million to $100 million. A significant portion of Mr. Ventura's work also includes representing lenders in connection with loan workouts and restructurings.
Mr. Ventura earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 2012, and a bachelor of science in accounting from Wayne State University, cum laude.
