Kevan W. Ventura is a Principal in the firm's Real Estate Group. Kevan's commercial real estate practice has encompassed all forms of real estate transactions, including financing, development, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in connection with structuring, negotiating and syndicating complex real estate loans secured by all asset types with an emphasis on independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. He also regularly represents lenders in connection with loan workouts and restructurings, and landlords and tenants in connection with leasing and subleasing transactions.
In addition, Kevan is experienced in handling a broad range of non-real estate commercial finance transactions with the firm's Commercial Finance Group, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based loans, acquisition and working capital financings, and other complex financial transactions.
