  • Represented an institutional lender in the workout and significant recapitalization of multiple cross-collateralized franchise hotel properties in numerous states.
  • Represented an institutional investor in its capacity as ground lessor under a long term ground lease of a large metro downtown office building, including multiple layers of debt and equity. 
  • Represented a national bank in the restructuring and modification of loans secured by multi-tenant office buildings, including cash management structures and the infusion of significant new capital.
